I've had a lot of reflexology sessions with Catherine, I only intended on having the one! The plan was to try out a few different holistic therapies, but I'm not looking anymore! Catherine takes me to another place - one where I'm so relaxed, I'm nearly, (probably am!) dribbling and can't talk after a while. I don't know how this works, but it's unbelievably relaxing and I feel like I'm keeping tabs now on anything that's miss-aligned in my body. I would thoroughly recommend Catherine and her magic fingers! I feel totally spoilt each time I go and I think everyone should try it, at least once!! K Ellis
I have been receiving treatment from Cath for over 2 years now and I can honestly say it's the best health investment I've ever made. Cath is professional and passionate about her work. She is warm and friendly and makes me feel at ease before my treatment. She takes time to review my health and well-being since my last appointment with her. This means that she is able to give me bespoke treatment to meet my needs. She also keeps records both before and after each treatment. I have Multiple Sclerosis (MS), chronic fatigue syndrome, functional neurological disorder and most recently peri menopause!! But whatever challenge my body is having, reflexology allows me time to relax while Cath starts my healing process. It's not always immediate, sometimes it can be a day or two before some of my symptoms ease, I can highly recommend Cath and I look forward to my fortnightly treatment. Sue
i have never had reflexology before until I visited Cath. During each session you are made to feel very comfortable. So much so, that quite often I would find myself falling asleep, because it's such a relaxing experience. Cath's knowledge is very good, so that if she is massaging a certain area and it feels slightly tender or different, if asked, she will explain happily why and how reflexology can assist this problem area. Hello Anne I wanted to write and tell Sally that I feel fantastic after yesterday's session. I walked out of the clinic feeling pain free and I am delighted that I still feel the good effects this morning. This also has a wonderful mental impact as it tells me there is nothing wrong with me that can't be fixed with treatments from Sally and some effort on my part. Have regularly visited anatomy clinic since relocating to the area last Summer. Consistently first class service from Anne, Sally, Tracey, Sophie and before maternity leave Kay, in a beautiful, calm, relaxing and clean environment, yet in a busy central location. A good variety of competitively priced treatments provided by highly experienced professional staff. Always a friendly and warm welcome. Very highly recommended.

The smell is beautiful and relaxing as soon as you walk through the door. This is a small very friendly salon where I was made to feel at ease and totally relaxed during my facial. Already booked to go again!

When I arrived here for my first massage, I believed I needed a Chiropractor to help me, I was in so much pain! Three months later, I feel like a new person. My posture has changed and I am not in constant pain. I highly recommend Tracey's massages. Thank you Tracey for helping me enjoy life more.
